WE ARE very pleased to present here a new American Mercury video based on the widely reprinted 2013 Mercury article by Bradford L. Huie, 100 Reasons Leo Frank Is Guilty, and using the audio book read by Miss Vanessa Neubauer as its basis. The article was written for our centenary retrospective of Mary Phagan’s 1913 murder. It provides in cinematic form an assessment of the Leo Frank case — perhaps the most amazing and intriguing murder mystery in American history — that simply cannot be found in the controlled media.

Today, the noose of censorship is being pulled ever-tighter by a media/government complex that is desperate to keep its lies and its crimes hidden from the public. I salute this author and moderator for speaking the historical truth. My great grandfather, originally from New York, moved to FL around 1920 and did business in GA where he met many prominent men in the 1920’s. Being descended from a Grand Army of the Republic veteran of the Union Army of the North he was active in the political alliance of GA Sen Tom Watson who allowed Republican Party members to join his group’s ranks in the Re-Populist Alliance that was the only opposition to the Democratic Party that then was supreme throughout the south-eastern USA that existed in GA, AL and FL as a descendent of Tom Watson’s Populist Party!
In the early 1920’s, he met two men-one a Jewish ethnic gentleman from Atlanta, GA and the other a County Commissioner from Atlanta who knew Leo Frank and the events that happened probably 10 years before. The southern-raised Jewish ethnic told him that Leo Frank while generous with his money to the Atlanta Jewish community was not trustworthy with women and not like the native Jewish ethnics of GA as he thought he could get away with things that moral men wouldn’t do and didn’t think people would do much to him there for it was his mother’s money and influence which could protect him. The County Commissioner had been one of those who took Leo Frank to his death and while he didn’t enjoy it felt justified in executing Leo Frank.
Leo Frank pulled all the stops as revealed in this video to save himself AND TRIED TO FRAME 2 BLACK MEN FOR DOING WHAT HE DID, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CONLEY’S IGNORANCE, POVERTY AND THE SOCIAL PREJUDICE TO TRY TO SAVE HIMSELF ESPECIALLY BY GETTING THE POPULATION TO PUNISH CONLEY FOR FRANK’S CRIME WITHOUT INVESTIGATING HIM! Conley realized what Frank was trying to do to him and got away from him not desecrating the body in the furnace and told the truth at the end to save himself was my ancestor’s feeling!
My ancestor was really interested in understanding what happened and being from out of town who didn’t live there but visited often was known and trusted in a sense that the County Commissioner felt he could talk without judgement or fear of political repercussions. He told him that what really upset the men who went after Leo Frank in jail that early morning was his total lack of remorse for what he had done. His only concern was paying people off to extend his life. He didn’t care about that girl and it really upset those people! They beat him and took him to his hanging feeling they were killing a monster! What impressed him was they felt justified as they were determined to carry out the death sentence THAT FRANK USED SUBTERFUGE TO AVOID and make sure that that girl could rest in peace feeling that if they didn’t kill Leo Frank, he would do it again TO ANOTHER GIRL BECAUSE THAT WAS HOW EVIDENCE SHOWS HE WAS!
What is interesting to me is how my ancestor went back to NYC, NY in 1927 and says in a journal he went to the original factory where Leo Frank started out managing BEFORE HE MOVED TO GA! THE WORKERS WERE MOSTLY ITALIAN AND SICILIAN ETHNICS BUT MY ANCESTOR HAD BEEN REFERRED WHEN HE ASKED A PROMINENT PERSON TO REFER HIM TO SOMEONE WHO WOULD KNOW ABOUT LEO FRANK. HE WAS REFERRED TO AN IRISH FOREMAN THERE WHO HAD BEEN THERE A LONG TIME AND WAS LIKE A SHOP STEWARD IN THE LOCAL UNION REPRESENTING THE WORKERS. HE SHOWED UP AT A DESIGNATED TIME AND THE GUY WAS OUTSIDE THE FACTORY SMOKING. AS SOON AS MY ANCESTOR MENTIONED LEO FRANK’S NAME THE GUY TOLD HIM THAT IF LEO FRANK HADN’T MOVED TO GA, HE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING SINGLED OUT FOR EXECUTION BY THE ITALIAN MAFIA THERE IN NYC, NY BECAUSE OF HIS TRYING TO FORCE THESE ETHNIC GIRLS TO DO IMPROPER THINGS WITH HIM.
Apparently, Frank had a problem being a molester for a period of time before, going back to his college days. The man told my ancestor that the problem the Georgians had in dealing with Frank was they tried to do everything legally! In NYC, NY, Frank had been warned some time before that if he stayed around there in that factory and kept doing what he was doing, he was going to be kidnapped, killed and end up in the ocean with a pair of cement shoes – that impressed him to leave NYC, NY that he preferred before he was threatened to accept a position in a smaller community where he didn’t know many people or had access to the things he liked to do! His mother forced him to move with her there to protect him and he married but couldn’t change his ways which shows that LEO FRANK WAS A REALLY MALICIOUS, PERVERTED SOCIOPATH!
Hugh Dorsey did his job and felt morally obligated to make sure Leo Frank received the sentence he was supposed to receive totally convinced of his guilt AND THE INNOCENCE OF JIM CONLEY, A BLACK MAN WHOM HE KNEW WOULDN’T DARE DO WHAT FRANK WAS WILLING TO DO WHICH WAS ATTEMPTED RAPE AND MURDER. Mary Phagan slapped Leo Frank and that set him off, PLUS SHE WAS GOING TO TELL HER LARGE FAMILY WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY SHE COULDN’T WORK THERE ANY MORE AS THEY WERE FOLKS WHO NEEDED THE MONEY SO FRANK FEARED THAT HIS OWN COMMUNITY MIGHT FINALLY ENCOURAGE HIS MOTHER TO RESTRICT HIS ACTIONS! Based on my ancestor’s own research, LEO FRANK HAD BEEN FORCED TO LEAVE A PLACE BEFORE AND WAS DETERMINED TO NOT HAVE THAT HAPPEN AGAIN SO HE KILLED THAT WOMAN AS DORSEY BROUGHT OUT!
The fact that leftists honor Leo Frank should not be surprising as it fits a certain narrative and as the proclivities of inaugurated Prez Joker One Elected aka Joe Biden himself, show in how he likes to get close to underage girls, etc, they are the political Party of “Minor Attracted People” who are properly called pedophiles and molesters! At the heart, I believe that is what supporting Leo Frank is really all about!
