<p>&#8220;LOOK, MAN, a lot flows from the basic principle in Arman&#8217;s Teachings about what we call Code A. And, understanding what he teaches about Code A helps us sort out lots of things about morals and values and how we should live our lives.</p>
<p>&#8220;Now, I follow Arman&#8217;s Teachings as best I can. Others can as well, but they&#8217;re not forced on anyone. In fact, we believe that one must come easily to the Teachings as an indication that such a person may have the right parts inside. You know that so-called <a href="https://theamericanmercury.org/2012/09/homeless-jack-praise-the-white-racism-gene/">White racist gene</a>? Well, we believe in it. We say it is a survival gene or genes or is somehow part of our DNA code, but that it is dormant in many of us and weaker in some and stronger in some others. Not only do we not run from this concept of a racist gene, we embrace it. We love it as a beneficial mutation and we want to expand it.</p>
<p>&#8220;But I&#8217;m getting ahead of myself, man. First things first. We believe that our purpose in living is to make more like ourselves and to will our own evolution into a new species incapable of bearing children with other humans. We believe that by following the Teachings, we can cause beneficial mutations and changes in Code A that will lead us ever upward to specieshood. Some other religious philosophies try to obtain enlightenment, or closeness with God, or other higher states, through various methods. Many of them fail because they don&#8217;t understand or their believers don&#8217;t have the right internal parts &#8212; Code A. Anyway, our goal &#8212; as conscious believers &#8212; is specieshood. Enlightenment and higher consciousness will come as we progress physically and spiritually toward this goal.</p>
<p>&#8220;Now, just to refresh your memory, so I don&#8217;t confuse you: We call our White genotype Code A. Yeah, it&#8217;s the DNA code, or recipe to make a White person. All of us Whites get it in one way only. We must have a White mother and a White father. There&#8217;s no other way to get it, man. One White breeding with any kind of non-White cannot produce a child with Code A. That&#8217;s why miscegenation is evil. Just to be clear, man. It takes two White parents to produce a truly White child who is our kind with both our physical and our spirit Essence. Miscegenation is bedroom genocide. It destroys your family&#8217;s essential Whiteness.</p>
<p>&#8220;The two White parents give us the 46 chromosomes and the 3.1 billion combos of the four nucleic acids abbreviated as A, T, C, G and the 20,000 or so genes that make us White people. And, Code A exists within all the cells of our bodies where there is DNA. Code A <em>is</em> us, and we are it. It is what makes us. It spins us out as the people we are in our everyday world. Without it, we would not be. With it, we can become more.</p>
<p>&#8220;Because of our belief in the utmost importance of Code A and the further belief that we must protect it, improve it, and expand it, and because the way we do this is by living long, righteous lives so we can have the maximum number of children who carry Code A, we say that things such as miscegenation, homosexuality, celibacy, family planning, birth control, abortions, putting off having children, suicide, taking risks with our lives that might lead to our early death, going to war for false causes, irresponsible and dangerous acts of bravery for any reason other than to help Code A, mixing with those who are not our kind &#8212; and anything else that might stop us from protecting, improving, and expanding the particular version of Code A that each of us as individuals carries &#8212; are evil.</p>
<p>&#8220;You get that, right, man? We live to expand Code A and to also try to help it evolve, which means <em>we</em> evolve. And, we believe we can help do this by the things we believe and the way we live. You see, we believe that we, as our normal selves in our normal world, can influence Code A inside of us to improve it. We call our way of helping our evolution &#8220;method living&#8221; &#8212; which is somewhat like method acting. That is, we try to <em>be</em> what we wish to <em>become</em>. We try to act the part of the &#8220;next man.&#8221; And, we do this by everything we do. It affects how we dress, our haircuts, our food, and everything else in our lives. This helps us move to evolving into a new species incapable of mating with other humans and to be the next model man who will eventually and naturally replace earlier models just as new cars replace older models.</p>
<p>&#8220;You see, man, the person we see in the mirror, you and I and other Whites &#8212; are the carriers of Code A. Code A is what must survive. Our importance as the person we see in the mirror is that we are the way Code A expands and evolves. Nature screams out to every type of organism: Make more like yourself! Too many of us Whites aren&#8217;t listening and we do not follow this very basic and important command and we substitute false and inauthentic things for what is most important. We are all going to die, man. Our bodies are going to wear out. But, if we have had many children who survive us, they will carry on and we will be part of them. This is our basic purpose in being alive and it is the basic purpose of every living thing: to make more like yourself &#8212; to make more like our kind.</p>
<p>&#8220;And, we also say this basic principle about Code A guides us in our idea of morals and marriage. You see, we are also individualistic in our beliefs and in this context this informs us that we are not born as couples. We are born as individuals, and as individuals, male and female, we have different natural laws that control our breeding. A male can impregnate many women each and every day, but a female is out of the baby making business for nine months while a new one of us is growing inside her. Why should the man also be out of the baby making business? It makes no natural sense for a people who want to expand their kind.</p>
<p>&#8220;We are also particularists. Our religious rules and religious laws are for us alone. We don&#8217;t care what other peoples do. They can have abortions all day long for all we care. They can commit suicide. They can practice birth control. They are not our kind and we believe in non-interference. We have our destiny and they have theirs. We do not make the mistake of trying to mix these different destinies as many non-believers in the present Dark Age are doing.</p>
<p>&#8220;So, you read all these words and you wonder what concrete things can I do: Here&#8217;s the answer. Separate from non-Whites as best as you can. Mix as little as possible with them. Have as many White children as possible. Bear a sacred symbol next to your skin (six-armed fylfot with curved arms and a central hub &#8212; the hub turns counter clockwise and the arms follow and it looks sort of like a spinning galaxy &#8212; is preferred by Arman). Pray a short prayer like this in the morning: &#8216;Thank you Lord for letting me have another day to do your work.&#8217; And, in the evening say something like: &#8216;Thank you Lord for having let me do your work today.&#8217; Yes, you should say those prayers or something similar twice a day even if you don&#8217;t believe. They help focus your mind and keep you on track. Remember, Arman&#8217;s Teachings involve method living, and this prayer stuff is part of it. But, you may say that you&#8217;re an atheist, and you don&#8217;t feel right about praying. Well, just understand that in our system we believe that there was a First Cause that started existence. We don&#8217;t know what that First Cause really was, and while some of us believe it was something like a cloud of consciousness and intelligence with no physical brain as we know such things and may have something to do with subatomic particles, waves, forces or energies, it is perfectly okay in this system to not believe that and to believe it was just the natural workings of Nature and had no intelligence or consciousness. Hell, man, I even go back and forth in my own mind about the nature of the First Cause and I sometimes wonder if there was no First Cause and existence always existed. You should also dress in functional, comfortable, dark clothing. In our system, if this has not already been made clear, we must try to have as many children of our kind as possible, and all forms of relationships that accomplish this are perfectly okay in this faith.</p>
<p>&#8220;There&#8217;s nothing to join, man, and you don&#8217;t have to send money to anyone to take our path. Just believe. You are an individual and you have the right to believe or to not believe. You are as empowered to take this path as I am, and we&#8217;re all going through our lives as best we can while learning more about the ways of existence as we go. Some of us think Arman has the answers to the big questions, and those answers can be found scattered in these essays. I&#8217;ll tell you some more things about how to take this path in future essays. To some of us this is a religion. To others a philosophy. It doesn&#8217;t matter how you view it. You are a free and sovereign individual equal to anyone else who follows this path.</p>
<p>&#8220;You can choose to believe as we do, and if you decide later that you don&#8217;t believe, so be it. You&#8217;re a free individual and you have the absolute right to choose your path in this life of yours that belongs only to you. You were born alone, and you&#8217;ll die alone. Make the most of what is in between. And, don&#8217;t forget this: Your life is your own. Be happy. If this system makes you happy, follow it. If it doesn&#8217;t, don&#8217;t.&#8221;</p>

<p>AS EVER, BUT ESPECIALLY in our present state of civilizational malaise, there is a need for figures with the power to inspire &#8212; men who in less confused and cynical times would have been unabashedly described as heroic. One such figure is Corporal John Alan Coey, a young soldier who has perhaps not yet fully received the tribute he deserves though he has been dead these past 37 years.</p>
<p>In March of 1972 Coey, a young American from Ohio, boarded a flight to white-ruled Rhodesia, a country then facing United Nations sanctions and very soon to find itself beleaguered by the forces of communist-backed black nationalism. Only a day prior to his departure Coey had graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Forestry. He had also recently been released, at his own request, from the Marine Corps NROTC program he had nearly completed, thereby declining a hard-earned commission as an officer.</p>
<p>Coey&#8217;s motives for seeking to enlist in the Rhodesian Army rather than continue his service in the U.S. Marine Corps are probably more readily understandable in retrospect than they were at the time. Like many, he was repulsed by the emergence of the New Left on college campuses and saw nihilism clearly lurking behind its messages of free love and pacifism. Coey also concluded that the newly ascendant radical Left represented neither an authentic grassroots movement nor a <em>bona fide</em> countercultural alternative to the old liberal order. &#8220;The left wing has recognized the dehumanizing trends of industrial society,&#8221; he wrote, &#8220;but its activism to change society has been channeled by the real revolutionaries of Internationalism.&#8221;</p>
<p>Though a confirmed Cold Warrior, Coey was not a reflexive supporter of the Vietnam War. He discerned in the handling of that conflict, as well as that of the Korean War before it, the seeds of American overreach and eventual dissolution, a trend that seems to continue unabated today. As Coey&#8217;s older brother, Edward, would later write of American involvement in Vietnam, the American people had been given &#8220;The Choice Between False Alternatives,&#8221; made to choose &#8220;between a protracted no-win slaughter and a humiliating surrender.&#8221; The younger Coey did not believe this state of affairs could be attributed merely to incompetence or negligence on the part of those prosecuting the war either. The primary threat to the West, Coey concluded, was not Soviet or Chinese Communism but malevolent forces that emanated from <em>within</em>. Coey somewhat quaintly referred to these forces, which he considered more or less amenable to communism, simply as &#8220;the Conspiracy.&#8221;</p>
<p>While he was an apparent reader of Oswald Spengler and keenly aware of the depth of the civilizational crisis facing the West, Coey was not given to despair. He insisted those of European descent must struggle to the bitter end to save their inheritance, a deeply held conviction that determined his own choices. Coey well understood that &#8220;the fight for Western Civilization is not in the battlefield, but in the realm of the intellectual, spiritual, and psychological.&#8221; He lamented also &#8220;that under present conditions one cannot be a soldier without furthering the aims of the Internationalists, the liberals, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Zionists, or other alien groups.&#8221; Still, Coey longed above all else to do his part as a warrior in defense of what remained of his beloved civilization. Rhodesia, he believed, provided him the best and perhaps only opportunity to be of service in a worthy cause. Again, this is in spite of the fact that Coey already new the likely outcome:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">&#8220;In the eyes of the mass media the black man can do nothing wrong and the white man can do nothing right, for even his sacrifices and help are discredited. The world cares nothing for Rhodesia, not even America, England, or the sister colonies. Rhodesia is to be sacrificed; they will not help Rhodesia. It has already been written off.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Coey in Africa</strong></p>
<p>Having successfully gained a position with the Rhodesian Special Air Service or SAS (an elite unit approximately equivalent to U.S. Army Special Forces), Coey attempted to communicate &#8212; perhaps imprudently &#8212; his concerns to the general public in a series of magazine articles and letters to newspapers in Rhodesia and South Africa. One article in particular, provocatively titled &#8220;The Myth of American Anti-Communism&#8221; and published in the Rhodesian Army journal <em>Assegai</em>, would land him in trouble with Rhodesian authorities despite, or perhaps because of, its appearance in an official publication. As a result, Coey was kicked out of the Rhodesian Army&#8217;s officer training program and eventually the SAS, placements he had received only after excelling at a grueling selection and training process. As Coey himself reflected:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">&#8220;It was brought to my attention today that the article I submitted to <em>Assegai</em> magazine is considered &#8216;subversive,&#8217; not because it is anti- Rhodesian or criticizes the State here, but because it &#8216;destroys misconceptions about America being pro-Western, and may lower morale if read by the general public.&#8217; Although what I have written is true, it is feared that the public may not be able to stand the truth. The facts I have presented may make the article appear anti-American to those who do not yet understand how America is ruled by the CFR [Council on Foreign Relations] oligarchy, whose interest is total world power.&#8221;</p>
<p>Despite this and other setbacks, Coey would persist in his writing. Throughout his time in southern Africa he kept up an extensive correspondence as well as a journal which would eventually be published posthumously as a book. This book, <em>A Martyr Speaks</em>, would have undoubtedly proven an even more interesting historical document had not vast segments of Coey&#8217;s original journals been redacted by Rhodesian authorities following his death. Despite this censorship, Coey and what was left of his writings remained controversial enough that it would take his mother 13 years to find a willing publisher.</p>
<p>Though no longer being considered for a commission and forced to choose another unit to serve with, Coey would also persist in attempting to make a contribution militarily to Rhodesia. Even as he experienced moments of serious doubt and self-recrimination following his unceremonious expulsion from the SAS, Coey completed a medic course and transferred to the Rhodesian Light Infantry. There, despite resistance from some of his superiors, time and again he insisted on accompanying infantrymen into combat at great personal risk to himself, effectively introducing the role of combat medic into the Rhodesian Army:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">&#8220;When I finish this tour of duty, I think that at least in this battalion [1st Battalion, The Rhodesian Light Infantry], which does the bulk of the fighting, that the medics will become like the Medical Corpsmen in the U.S. forces. I am the first of what are now called &#8216;Combat Medics&#8217; here. There will be others; so I have accomplished something.&#8221;</p>
<p>Again though, Coey&#8217;s efforts were not always understood or appreciated. Some &#8212; though certainly not all &#8212; of his fellow foreign volunteers seem to have been merely adventurers or opportunists who did not share in his motivations or commitment. Among the Rhodesians, Coey&#8217;s older brother later wrote that the younger Coey &#8220;found some few Rhodesians awake, but generally&#8230;found a people too narrowly provincial to fully appreciate the worldwide implications of the savage attack being unleashed against their small country.&#8221; Coey himself wrote of the Rhodesians, for whom he came to have a special affection (indeed, he sought and was granted dual citizenship): &#8220;Most white Rhodesian families have been here for several generations and have nowhere else they can call home. They will stay and fight, I&#8217;m pleased to say. They understand their position racially and historically, but come short politically.&#8221;</p>
<p>An additional source of conflict for Coey &#8212; even with fellow believers &#8212; were his religious convictions. From a reading of his journals, it is evident that Coey&#8217;s faith was the primary source of his strength and allowed him to persevere where others often gave up. It also provided a source of comfort to him in his darkest moments &#8212; moments which were plentiful in combat in the African Bush. Many on the true Right have abandoned Christianity for a multitude of reasons, citing among other things its universalist pretensions and the tendency toward a dangerous and unhealthy cultural and racial self-effacement prevalent among contemporary Christians. Still, Coey possessed a vital and muscular understanding of the Faith similar to that which must have underlain much past Western dynamism. Coey, a Lutheran, attempted to share his belief with others through quiet example rather than a boorish evangelism and was dismayed at the errors into which many of his fellow Christians had fallen:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">&#8220;I&#8217;ve been going to Baptist church services. The Gospel is preached there, but I have decided to go elsewhere because these Baptists are convinced that the Zionist takeover of Palestine is the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy. They believe that the Second Coming of Christ is near, and think that they have the Revelation figured out completely. They expect to be &#8216;raptured&#8217; away from the coming terror to help Christ rule in the Millennium. I remind them of Christ&#8217;s words, &#8216;My kingdom is not of this world,&#8217; and &#8221;No man knoweth the hour when the Son of God shall come again.&#8217; But they choose to ignore that. . . .&#8221;</p>
<p>Neither, of course, did Coey abide the paralytic sentimentality of liberal Christians:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">&#8220;Last night I talked with a Christian man who is convinced that he must never resort to violence to defend himself or fight in any way, even for his life and liberty. He feels that communism should not be opposed by arms, and that the Second Coming of Christ will occur before they could take over the world. He believes that all governments, no matter how evil or corrupt, are ordained by God. Christianity for this man has destroyed his instinct for survival, his will to resist evil. If every Christian were to think this, we would be doomed.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>The Significance of Coey</strong></p>
<p>Coey was only one of a number of foreign volunteers who came from a variety of countries to fight for the lost cause of Rhodesia. Likewise, he was only the first of a total of seven Americans who would eventually die there. Of these foreigners, however, Coey was probably the most driven by principle, as well as the one most successful at communicating to the general public his motives for joining the Rhodesian forces.</p>
<p>Admittedly, at times in his journals Coey comes across as a somewhat fanatical figure &#8212; albeit one who is never truly unlikable. Though he presents a fairly consistent worldview in his writings, it is also helpful to remember that Coey did not style himself as an intellectual but instead a man of action. He considered it necessary to complement his words with deeds, and his short life was lived as one of selfless sacrifice in defense of not only a country that he considered to be at the very frontier of the West &#8212; but of all peoples of European descent and their shared civilization. Coey, importantly, always sought to lead by example and never played the sectarian:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">&#8220;&#8230;I am helping to unify the Europeans, simply by my presence and association with these people. For they are coming to realize that there is no important difference between Americans, White Africans, or Europeans. The accents, dialects, and languages are superficial; the customs, religion, styles of government, and thinking are the same. I believe that only when all European peoples are unified, can communism and the alien conspiracy be smashed.&#8221;</p>
<p>There would be no such triumph of course, either in Rhodesia or elsewhere. Perhaps it was for the best that Coey didn&#8217;t live to experience the heartbreak of witnessing his adopted homeland fade into history.</p>
<p>In the final analysis, it was the very things that drove Coey to excel as a soldier that led to his early demise. He was possessed of that fatal combination of youthful idealism and, what is rarer, the will and strength of character to actually put that idealism into practice. As his older brother Edward recalled, Revilo P. Oliver of the University of Illinois had written Coey a letter prior to his death in which Professor Oliver had lauded him for having made &#8220;&#8216;&#8230;the Choice of Achilles.'&#8221; That is, Coey had opted to die with glory in combat rather than to live a long but unremarkable life. Then again, Coey may have simply been following the dictates of fate. &#8220;I feel that I have found my historical role here,&#8221; he wrote, &#8220;and, once that is finished, I don&#8217;t know what I will do. . . .&#8221;</p>
<p>The anticipated moment came swiftly and unexpectedly. On July 19, 1975, as he was descending into a dry river bed in an attempt to aid two fallen Rhodesian Light Infantry troopers, Coey was struck and killed by terrorist bullets. One wonders if it can really be only a strange coincidence that he was hit in the head and in the heel? Whatever the case may be, his shining example of total selflessness stands in marked contrast to the widespread moral corruption of the modern military of his native United States, a military whose senior leaders obediently serve the alien and transnational forces that Coey believed he was fighting.</p>
<p>Though he is decades gone now, Coey&#8217;s timeless words continue to resonate. Yet it is fearful to think that they might outlast the civilization to which they immediately pertain, and perhaps might only serve as a warning to some future people:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">&#8220;The basis of race, culture, and nation is vital for the survival of Western Civilization. Blood and soil, conservation and nationalism are what make a country and civilization sound, strong, and healthy. But faith is needed, faith in our way of life, our civilization, and faith in a Higher Destiny and the Divine Sanction of God&#8230;.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">&#8220;This generation of the West must believe when there is apparently no hope; it must obey, even if it means death; and it must fight to the end, rather than submit. Against the Spirit of Heroism no material force can prevail. Nothing can defeat that except inner decadence.&#8221;</p>
<p>Ultmately, Coey&#8217;s significance probably resides in whatever ability his memory has to inspire. As Dr. Anthony P. DiPerna, a professor of African history, observed in a letter to the Coey family: &#8220;I do not think John&#8217;s sacrifice was in vain. There are many episodes in history where those who gave their lives in a losing cause served as an inspiration to others who eventually carried the banner to victory.&#8221;</p>
<p>If Coey could join us today, he would not lose hope over the rapid deterioration of Western societies that has occurred in the decades since his death. He would doubtlessly implore us to redouble our efforts at self-preservation, however modest or even futile we may believe our individual contributions to be.</p>

<p>ARMAN SPOKE, SAYING: We are different, some of us, I am convinced; at least those of us who instinctively understand, or who are easily awakened to the White truth with very little prodding.</p>
<p>We who know, know in our bones that we Whites must remain separate and even isolated in order to evolve along the best trajectory for us. This knowledge is as much a part of our genetic code as is the color of our skin.</p>
<p>We know that we must not mix with other types of humans and that doing so will cause our genocide and extinction.</p>
<p>We may not all understand the <em>science</em> of why we must remain separate, but we <em>know</em> this is the case and we know that we <em>must not miscegenate</em>. Some of us might simply say that we want our children to look like us and leave it at that. But, what this really means is that we know that we must breed only with our own kind, because that is <em>how</em> we have children who look like us. And, this is as it should be and is the right strategy for the survival of us as individuals, for the survival of our family lines, and for the survival of our people as a whole.</p>
<p>But some folks new to our thinking may want to know more about <em>why</em> we should not mix and blend in with the others and why we must avoid gene transfer. The quick answer is that we have a DNA code within us. It is the blueprint or recipe to build a White person. Some of us believe that this DNA code is sacred in all its parts and must be preserved and expanded. We like to think of this DNA code as being somewhat similar to the concept of <em>soul</em> in that it is the <em>real us</em>, and we, as the manifested human beings we see in the mirror are what it has spun out and maintains.</p>
<p>We must digress a little at this point for a fuller explanation. We believe that there is a core DNA code that is the same in all organisms. We say it started as a single DNA molecule that formed and was able to make the leap from so-called non-living minerals to what we call life. The core DNA code doesn&#8217;t care which type of organism or organisms win the struggle for survival. It just wants to fill all of existence with itself. Its program says <em>find a way to survive, expand, make life</em>. We sometimes visualize this core DNA code as being like an unchanging nucleus or hub at the center of all life. Although the core code always remains the same and always has those same basic commands &#8212; survive, expand, make life &#8212; it fulfills its commands by creating a great variety of organisms which all carry the same basic core DNA code but which are adapted to different environmental niches. We see humans as one of the organisms that was eventually produced by this process, but we do <em>not</em> see humans as the final product, because <em>there is no final product</em>. The process will continue forever.</p>
<p>Because living organisms require energy to survive, and because they must transform so-called non-living minerals into the substance of their bodies, and because existence requires movement, a struggle and conflict in existence is established as a natural law. This is part of our reality and we must understand that this struggle and conflict permeates existence and is necessary. We need to learn to love the struggle and conflict and we must learn to compete better.</p>
<p><strong>The human genetic code</strong></p>
<p>The genetic code for humans has 46 chromosomes, and (at last count) 20,000 genes. That code is one with us and we are one with it. When we mate, we pass on 23 of our chromosomes that contain about half of our genes. Our mate also passes on 23 of his or her chromosomes with half of his or her genes. Bake for nine months in the womb and then the resultant child will be born with the 46 chromosomes and 20,000 genes that are normal for our species. If the two parents are White, the child will be a 100% by-the-recipe White person. So, right away you can see that if you mate with those who look like you, the child will also look like you, but if you mate with people of another race, the child will only have 23 chromosomes and 10,000 genes from you and your White race, but will also have 23 chromosomes and 10,000 genes from another race. Such a mixed child <em>cannot</em> be authentically White, no matter what he or she looks like, simply because it does not have 46 White chromosomes and 20,000 White genes. It is more complicated, but this is the basic idea.</p>
<p><strong>Born &#8220;racist&#8221;</strong></p>
<p>You&#8217;ve probably heard some people say that we Whites are born &#8220;racist.&#8221; Others have said that we have a &#8220;racist gene.&#8221; We think they&#8217;re right, at least for some of us who are the lucky ones of the White race to have born with this so-called racist gene, because we see it as a mutation, and one that is positive and builds into us a desire to remain White. It helps us survive as Whites. In other words, it&#8217;s not really a racist gene, it is a <em>survival</em> gene that gives us a heightened awareness of <em>who is us</em> and <em>who is not us</em>.</p>
<p>This special part of our genetic program that we were born with, whether it&#8217;s an actual gene or genes or some other part of our DNA code &#8212; again, call it a mutation &#8212; truly is a survival mechanism for our particular genetic code. It helps keep it on the right evolutionary path. It helps us survive as we are and as we should be. Even with all the present Dark Age societal conditioning pressures to have Whites blend themselves away in the non-White masses, those of us with the so-called racist gene mutation resist, and know instinctively that to blend ourselves away is evil and that it will lead to the genocide and extinction of many Whites who were not lucky enough to have been born with this survival mutation.</p>
<p>We must, however, distinguish between those of us with the mutation who are exactly as Nature intends us to be and some Whites who come to their so-called racist views via hatred or misinformation or conditioning to become &#8220;racist.&#8221;</p>
<p>As you know, many Whites were once conditioned to be so-called racists. Not all of them had the mutation that we have. So, when the times changed, and when racial separation, which was once widely accepted, suddenly became thought of as no longer acceptable, some of these once staunch so-called racists were conditioned anew &#8212; they were reprogrammed with anti-racist, and even self-hatred thoughts, and many just lapped it up. And, like smokers who give up smoking and become the most vehement opponents of smoking, these former so-called racists, in some cases, became the most vehement opponents of so-called racism. Why did they break that way? Because they lacked the so-called racist gene. Their original racism was part of their cultural conditioning, not part of their essence, and, when the culture changed, the conditioning changed &#8212; and so did they. These are the Whites among us who are like Pavlov&#8217;s dogs on two feet.</p>
<p>My guess is that those of us with the racist gene don&#8217;t usually have a lot of hate for other peoples (unless we or someone we know has been victimized in some way by some of these others) and that we are mostly just indifferent toward them. They are not our people and they are not our concern. They have their destiny and we have ours. They are not part of our lives and we like that just fine. Some of us also believe that we are not to interfere with the trajectory they are on, unless it negatively impacts our own trajectory. If they die off, that is Nature&#8217;s way.</p>
<p>How far widespread is our racist gene in the White community? We don&#8217;t know. But in time we may find out, because Whites who lack it miscegenate and destroy their family lines, while the ones who have it don&#8217;t miscegenate. In the future, all Whites then alive may be related to those of us with the so-called racist gene, because they may be the only Whites still alive &#8212; all others may have blended themselves back into the dark masses and ceased to be White.</p>
<p><strong>Our revealed destiny</strong></p>
<p>Our revealed destiny is to evolve into the next type of human being. We Whites are on the threshold, and so long as we do not have gene transfer with other types of humans and if we follow the Teachings, we will move ever closer to making the leap. And once the leap is made we will have many benefits. We will no longer be able to breed with other humans. We will live longer, healthier, happier lives. We will just <em>know</em> things as our intelligence rises. We will have new general adaptations that make us the fittest type for all environmental niches that are right for our species. Eventually, and if we are righteous, we will, through natural selection and the other fundamental forces of evolution and Nature, replace all other humans simply because that is the way existence works. It is a truism that the end result of the evolution of any organism is the extinction of the old and the birth of the new from out of the old.</p>
<p>It is not predestined that we Whites will be the ones to replace the old humans. We have reached a point in evolution where we must use our brains to <em>direct</em> our evolution. It is by doing this that we are most likely to be the ones who win the evolution competition.</p>
<p>Evil are those who try to carry other humans and who help them survive and escape their trajectories. Just as individual organisms die, so too do entire species of organisms die, and this is the goal of evolution &#8212; to replace earlier forms that are less fit with new models that are more fit. These workings of Nature will continue whether we believe as we believe or not, and <em>some</em> organism &#8212; some human type &#8212; <em>will</em> move to the winner&#8217;s circle of evolution. We say that we want that to be our kind of organism, and we say that we can make it so by living consciously and by guiding our evolution along the revealed path. This is our faith. This is our way. We are different, and we want the differences to increase in positive ways.</p>
<p><strong>Why won&#8217;t Whites awaken?</strong></p>
<p>We often hear some Whites complaining that other Whites are not waking up and aren&#8217;t seeing the truth. Well, could it be, as we&#8217;ve said above, that many of these other Whites simply lack our mutation? Can it be that many are like people who are color blind and can&#8217;t see certain colors? And, here, we don&#8217;t mean color blind in the colloquial sense of not seeing different races, but in the literal medical sense of not being able to see reds or some other colors. Why are they this way? It is because of their DNA code. They can&#8217;t see certain colors because their DNA won&#8217;t allow them to see them. They lack the genetic ability to do so. So it is with those Whites who cannot see our truths. They lack our ability to see what we so plainly see.</p>
<p>But you shouldn&#8217;t complain about Whites who can&#8217;t awaken. What do you want them to do if they awaken? Do you want them to carry you, because you are too timid to take action yourself? Are you incapable of taking individual responsibility such that you won&#8217;t follow the Teachings unless you&#8217;re in a crowd? Do you lack self-reliance? Do you have low self-esteem? Get over these negatives. How many people who are awake does it take to make changes? It only takes one. You as an individual have an individual responsibility to do what is right and to fight evil. You do not need to wait for others to awaken to somehow validate you and your beliefs. Stand alone, but always be willing to join with others who can also stand alone for what is right.</p>
<p>You have a personal and an individual responsibility to spread your DNA code that contains our differences so that eventually it will replace the DNA code of those who are weak seeds. And, when you reproduce correctly, you increase the chance that the Ones To Come will be born. Yes, we are looking for ever more mutations among our kind that will further us along the path. The more White children you produce, the greater is the chance that the foretold mutations will occur and spread.</p>
<p>You also have a responsibility to find and awaken those of our people who <em>do</em> have the differences we have, but who simply haven&#8217;t been exposed to the truth. However, it is not your responsibility to try <em>too</em> hard to awaken others. Those who have our differences, once exposed to the truth, will quickly awaken &#8212; while those who lack our differences will not. Present our truth in kind and compassionate ways, and those who have our differences will understand.</p>
<p>Thousands of years ago there weren&#8217;t <em>any</em> White people. Then, we automatically mutated and we evolved and we did so in order to have a survival advantage in the dimly lit lands of Europe.</p>
<p>Now, we need to evolve again. Now we need to evolve into a new species <em>that can no longer bear children with other forms of humans</em>. That is our highest destiny and that is the path that only we can take. And some of us believe that is the path that takes us closer to the First Cause of existence itself.</p>

<p>&#8220;SO, YOU&#8217;VE READ A LITTLE about Arman&#8217;s Teachings that I follow that constitute my religion, my philosophy and my world view and you&#8217;ve seen the <a href="https://theamericanmercury.org/2011/06/homeless-jacks-lexicon/">lexicon that I&#8217;ve put together</a> and you probably think you&#8217;ve seen it all, right, man?&#8221; asked Homeless Jack.</p>
<p>&#8220;Well if that&#8217;s what you think, then you&#8217;d be wrong. I&#8217;m not just helping Arman spread his Teachings which make up this religion, I&#8217;m also helping with the groundwork to establish a tribe and colonies that, with the help of God, will grow to a nation and which will be the White people of the future born out of the worn-out husks of the masses of effete White people now alive.</p>
<p>&#8220;A vibrant, vital, bold <em>new</em> White people, man, to replace the present dispirited weak-seed masses. One blood, one faith, one people.</p>
<p>&#8220;After all of the rest of the present conditioned weak-seed White people die or are killed off by the darker peoples either directly or via miscegenation, low birth rates, contraception, abortions, or celibacy, <em>we will still be here</em>. And, we&#8217;ll still be believing and breeding, man. Believing and breeding. Expanding always, contracting never. Let the weak-seeds blend themselves away, man. Screw them.</p>
<p>&#8220;The conditioned weak-seed White masses are Winter. We are Spring. And, I don&#8217;t mean that they are necessarily old and we are necessarily young according to the calendar. I mean that they are old and decrepit in the way they see the world with their lack of awakened self and group interest, while we are young and vibrant in the way we see it.</p>
<p>&#8220;However, many of them have just been lulled to sleep by societal conditioning in our present Dark Age and can be awakened. Arman says it is our religious duty to try to awaken as many as possible by exposing them to the Teachings, but once they are exposed to them, it is up to them to take the path or not. It is their choice.</p>
<p>&#8220;We should not try to force them to believe. If they freely and knowingly choose the righteous path, this is an indication that they may have all the right parts of the Code. If they <em>don&#8217;t</em> choose the righteous path, this indicates that while they may look like us, they may have corrupted versions of the Code and are weak seeds who should be left alone by believers. The weak-seeds are extinction walking.</p>
<p>&#8220;Look man, the thing that distinguishes humans from other organisms that we are aware of is that we have big brains as our tooth and claw, and those who come to our Teachings and understand them and internalize them and live them are the ones among us who still haven&#8217;t been defanged or declawed. Their brains see the truth. They have the right instincts because they have the right elements of the Code. They are tuned in to the First Cause who is all around us, man, kind of like radio waves, but different.</p>
<p>&#8220;We are a distinct people aborning out of the old. We are <em>different</em>, man, and we know it and <em>we want to increase our differences</em>. We don&#8217;t want to blend back in. We are the distilled ones. We are on our own path to becoming a new species and when we reach the new species level we will no longer have to worry about gene transfer from those unlike us that will pull us back into the masses.</p>
<p>&#8220;We &#8216;racialists,&#8217; that is, those of us who easily see the truth, know the truth in every iota of our beings. We are a subculture of the larger White population. We are the ones who will lead to the survival of Whites. The masses of sleep-walking Whites,who can&#8217;t be easily awakened, are on their way to extinction.</p>
<p>&#8220;We look forward, man. The past is gone. We can learn from it, but we don&#8217;t dwell on it. A Golden Age in the past? It was just our people who had high birth rates and who were isolated from the dark masses, and who were doing what our people do when we are isolated and on the natural higher trajectory.</p>
<p>&#8220;They did much and built much in their blessed isolation, and with their high birth rates, but those days are gone. Now we are victims of modern science, modern communications, and modern mass transportation. Our modern science helps the dark masses live longer to breed more. Modern communications helps them see that our formerly all-White lands may be more comfortable for them. Mass transportation makes it easy for millions of them to invade our lands and swamp our gene pools.</p>
<p>&#8220;And, too many of our people have become weak and effete. Instead of barring the door to the dark masses, they&#8217;re putting out welcome mats. It&#8217;s as though they&#8217;re saying: &#8216;Come on in and change our gene pool and destroy us by killing us in the streets and in our homes; and those who you don&#8217;t directly kill, why, just blend us away by mating with us.&#8217;</p>
<p>&#8220;These White weak-seeds value material things over having children. They lack generative power. They are dying, man. Don&#8217;t let these weak-seeds among us pull you down. Reject them. Shun them. Go your own way. Take the path. Follow the Teachings. This is the way up.</p>
<p>&#8220;You must meet three requirements to be fully one of us, man. <em>Right Blood</em>: This means right genes or right DNA code &#8212; and this is the largest circle and includes all non-Jewish White people. <em>Right Belief</em>: This is the next smaller circle and contains those from the first circle who also believe in the major ways that we believe. <em>Right Action</em>: This is the smallest circle and has those from the first two circles who actually live the Teachings each and every hour of each and every day to the best of their ability and circumstances.</p>
<p>&#8220;Okay, man, so if you&#8217;re still with me here&#8217;s one of our statements of our beliefs:</p>
<p>&#8220;We believe in the First Cause, in the ways of existence, and in the Teachings of Arman who was selected by the First Cause to bring the Teachings to us in this Dark Age to save us and guide us on the righteous path that is ours alone, so that we may evolve ever higher as commanded by the First Cause.</p>
<p>&#8220;Suppose you don&#8217;t believe in the First Cause &#8212; our usual term for God. Does this bar you from following the Teachings? Nope. Why? Because the Teachings are based on revelations and true science and our revelations will never be at odds with true science and they are not totally dependent on blind faith.</p>
<p>&#8220;Arman teaches that God &#8212; again, we usually say the First Cause &#8212; is needed as the &#8216;ender of all arguments&#8217; and is important for human psychological reasons, but you don&#8217;t have to believe, man. But, keep this thought in mind: If you don&#8217;t believe, just fake it, man. Just method act it. God won&#8217;t mind. Just go through the motions. Yeah, just silently thank God and ask Him for guidance. Suspend your disbelief when you are all alone. You won&#8217;t be untrue to yourself for doing so. You have that right to do so as the sovereign individual that you are. You are hereby enabled, man.</p>
<p>&#8220;If there is no God, so what? What have you lost? Nothing. And, it&#8217;ll help you focus your mind. Then do all the rest of the things that are in the Teachings: have many children, dress in plain clothes, live simply, bear the symbols next to your skin. Be a good person. Follow the Golden Rule &#8212; yes, we have that also, man. Live the Teachings, man. Don&#8217;t worry that you may feel inauthentic in doing so, just play the part and the part will come to you, man.</p>
<p>&#8220;If you want to <em>be</em>, you just have to act the part, man. That&#8217;s the way to <em>be</em> and to <em>become</em> more.</p>
<p>&#8220;This may sound too simple to you, but it&#8217;s true: Method act your way into taking the path, and you&#8217;ll be surprised at the insights you develop and the hidden guidance you will receive from the First Cause (that you may not even believe in) &#8212; or from your own mind.</p>
<p>&#8220;Don&#8217;t get it? Try this. Say you&#8217;re a cave man and you&#8217;ve never seen a radio. Someone tells you to turn the knob and you&#8217;ll hear voices. You may not believe it. You may reason that such a thing is crazy. Your reason tells you that voices can&#8217;t come out of a small box that is not connected to anything. How can a man be inside that small box? Then you just put aside your lack of belief and turn the knob and a voice comes out. You can&#8217;t explain it. You just did the motion of turning the knob and it worked. You just did the action without believing and it worked.</p>
<p>&#8220;I think that&#8217;s part of what Arman is teaching, man. Just do it. Just go through the motions. Just turn that knob. Do the simple things of studying the Teachings, staying with your own kind, having many children, dressing in plain dark comfortable clothes, bearing the symbols next to your skin, praying at dawn and dusk by simply saying something like: &#8216;Thank you Lord for letting me live another day.&#8217; Or if you want guidance just say: &#8216;Please help me find the right answers, Lord.&#8217; Just method act yourself into evolving.</p>
<p>&#8220;And, you might keep a candle or light burning in front of a picture of some representation of one or more of the spinning, circling, spiraling symbols, man, to help you focus. Call it an altar.</p>
<p>&#8220;As Arman says, man: &#8216;Everything is simple. It is only the explanation that is complex.&#8217;</p>
<p>&#8220;Oh, and one last thing. This isn&#8217;t fiction. But if any haters of our people ask you, you can tell them it&#8217;s fiction.&#8221;</p>

<p>THE MOST ESSENTIAL QUESTION confronting me is the psychological and physical survival of the Black man in America. I believe that it is impossible for me to separate myself from the collective survival of my people. Most of our problems, whether we wish to accept this or not, are group problems. Further, they are basically the results of centuries of a unique kind of oppression. The only salvation for us, therefore, is to translate our individual problems into group problems; and then as a group proceed to eliminate them. We must survive as a people, not as a collection of assimilated freaks &#8212; rootless and faceless.</p>
<p>As a writer and social activist, I believe it is necessary, therefore, to address my art, ideas, and actions to the collective needs of my people. It is my duty to transform the oppressive objective conditions which our people face into something more compatible with our physical and spiritual needs. It is my duty also to help my people destroy the slave mentality which affects us all. It is my duty to listen to the voice of my people to learn from them; and to dedicate my life to total liberation of us all. It is my duty to protect myself and my people from the enemy within as well as without. I feel that there is no higher duty that a Black man can perform in this society, considering the condition his people find themselves in.</p>
<p>We must seek the total liberation of Black people from all aspects of their oppression. We must remember that our current ideas are the products of a particular kind of history. A history which began when my forefathers were sold into slavery. That our lives have been influenced by people like Malcolm X, the writings of Garvey, Du Bois, Monroe Trotter, Claude McKay, and Frederick Douglass. I would like to believe that I am an extension of these forces, that I am motivated by the spirit of the Nat Turners, the Denmark Veseys, and a friend named Herbie Johnson who died from an OD (overdose of narcotics) when he was seventeen; and by millions upon millions of unknown Black people who slaved to survive like my parents did, so that one day their sons and daughters would rise up, take control, and reclaim their manhood.</p>
<p>Currently, I am greatly motivated by the ideas of writers and thinkers like Frantz Fanon, Charles Fuller, Bill Davis, Rolland Snellings, and the theoretical writings of Harold Cruse and Max Stanford. Le Roi Jones&#8217; writings on music and his play <em>Black Mass</em> have recently provided meaningful insights into the spiritual nature of Black people.</p>
<p>There are so many excellent and relevant Black writers and creative artists. There is a writer in Philly named James Stewart who, under better social conditions, would be recognized as a writer of great depth and intensity. Of course, there are also colleagues like Dan Watts, editor of <em>Liberator</em>, and social activists and writers like Ted Wilson and Eddie Ellis.</p>
<p>All of these writers have one thing in common: And that is a consummate desire to see Black people liberated by any means necessary. They are willing to sacrifice everything they have to accomplish these ends. And this is finally &#8212; it must be &#8212; more important than any single creative or artistic trait that they may have. For, finally, our art will be judged in terms of its relevance to the age that produced us, and the degree to which we were willing to extend it into reality. In the end, nothing else will matter &#8212; whether it was aesthetically perfect, or artful, or if it lacked craft. Others after us will ask: Did it help liberate us?</p>
<p>What are the crucial issues of our times? For us, as I have already stated, it is survival and the nature of that survival. Further, can we survive as long as the White man dominates the world with his idea of what the world should be? I believe we can not. Therefore we must understand that in order for us to survive we must come together as a people, organize to confront the Western White man on all levels of conflict. We must look at this struggle from the perspective of what Fanon calls the &#8220;Third World.&#8221; That is, internationally, in terms of the developing nations of Africa, Asia, and Latin America.</p>
<p>We must see ourselves as the extension of that Third World situated in the bosom of the beast. In doing this, we must assign ourselves the task of developing a &#8220;new humanism,&#8221; so that we may ultimately create a synthesis of the best that mankind has to offer, and thereby move to alter the existing power relationships. Then, and then only, is there hope for our children. Then, and then only, will we understand what manhood is. It is not about what Moynihan and other White sociologists say it is. It is not about assimilating into a dying society, totally lacking in spiritual substance. It must be about something much deeper, something much more pertinent to the overall needs of Black people.</p>
<p>And if blood must flow so that our Black Spirit can prevail, then damn it, let it flow. Otherwise, look forward to a bland existence m the wilderness of White America. Look forward to the pervasive mediocrity of Western society inundating us and the entire non-White world. These are harsh realities. They are not intended to soothe but to create conflict &#8212; meaningful conflict &#8212; among a people who have, generally, been in a semi-hypnotic state.</p>
<p>Currently the question of Black Power occupies the center of our lives. It must continue to do so. Everything that I have spoken about must ultimately be dealt with in terms of power &#8212; physical, psychological, and spiritual. Black people are being asked very concrete questions about the political structure of America. It is becoming clear that neither the Democrats nor the Republicans offer any meaningful solutions to our problems. Black people must have their own political structure in which to determine their own destiny.</p>
<p>The future of peoples of African descent living in America is dependent upon the degree to which these and other salient realities are understood and accepted. We must give our total selves to the struggle to achieve our human rights; and, finally, it is in struggle that we will learn who we are.</p>

<p>IN ANSWER to today&#8217;s United States Government and its Colonial  Corporation, the Oglala Sioux Tribal Govenment&#8217;s press conference, we stated: &#8220;We the Lakotah People, do not want our massacred dead bodies of men, women and children at the mass grave at Wounded Knee used for publicity  by the United States Government nor their colonial corporation, the  Oglala Sioux Tribal Government.&#8221;</p>
<p>On May 1, 2010, two young men, the Camp brothers, counted coup on the  first 7th Cavalry helicopter; and Debbie White Plume, an elder and  grandmother who charged the second helicopter preventing it from  landing. By running under the blades and touching them without harming  the enemy and getting away is how the Lakotah counted coup on this  eventful day.</p>

Dakota. To the Original Peoples of the Fourth World and all International Press Services:</em></p>
<p>AT HIGH NOON today US Army helicopters of the US Seventh Cavalry air  division attempted to land their Blackhawk aircraft upon Lakota Sacred  Burial grounds in South Dakota. The presence of military aircraft from  this unit is a sad and insulting reminder of the slaughter of more than  300 American Aboriginals on December 29, 1890 when soldiers of the US  7th Cavalry gunned down more than 300 Aboriginal Minneconjou Lakota  refugee children, women, infants and the elderly at what is now called  Wounded Knee in South Dakota Indian Country. The military then left the  bodies of their victims to decay unburied in the driving snow.</p>
<p>According to reports from Indigenous Rights Movement Radio host  Wanblee this afternoon, Lakota resident Theresa TwoBulls was given less  than 24 hours notice that three US Army 7th Cavalry helicopters would make  a landing on the sacred burial grounds at Wounded Knee. As of this  writing, the US military was confronted by angry but peaceful and  steadfast community resistance. The Aboriginal people of the area have  so far, according to reports from Lakota people on the ground, managed  to prevent the aircraft from touching Indigenous ground.</p>
<p>For all American Aboriginals of the Americas, this is a sacred area.  This is the place where the promise of a people died while fleeing from a  genocidal US military unit hell-bent on liquidating the continent of  its Indigenous population. There has never been any official apology  offered for this massacre and the military awards bestowed upon the  genocidal aggressors involved in this conflict still stand, as does a  physical monument in honor of the US Army soldiers killed during Custer&#8217;s &#8220;last  stand&#8221; against a defiant and united Indigenous resistance to their own  demise.</p>
<p>The history of the US Army 7th Cavalry is important to understanding  the level of violence used against Indigenous peoples. It is important  to remember that after the US Seventh Cavalry officially ended the  &#8220;Indian Wars&#8221; at home, they were then dispatched to do battle against  Indigenous Filipinos struggling to maintain their hard-won national  independence from the colonialist Spanish. In other words, the US War  Department sent this very same unit to do overseas what was done here to  the Indigenous peoples of the Americas. In this historical light, it is  only logical for Indigenous peoples to assume that the Obama  administration is attempting to make a political point out of this  spectacle. We ask: What sort of message are you sending by insulting and  humiliating a people already suffering from five centuries of continuous  pro-Europocentric, anti-Indigenous genocide?</p>
<p>This domestic military action is a deliberate insult and an obvious  message of ongoing colonialism, state-sponsored racism and apathetic  Indigenous genocide to all Indigenous peoples across the Fourth World;  to the whole of the Lakota/Dakota Nation; and to the Indigenous  residents of Pine Ridge and Wounded Knee. The symbolism of dispatching  the Seventh Cavalry to Wounded Knee in an attempt to land weapons of  mass destruction on Aboriginal sacred ground tells us how little this  government, and this particular administration, respects the people of  Indian Country and our significant historical perspective as survivors  of the racist Euro-settler xenophobic purges waged against the Indian in  the Americas.</p>
<p>To make matters worse, this action comes on the heels of newly-passed  legislation in Arizona state that requires law officers to  racially-profile anyone they believe &#8220;looks&#8221;, &#8220;sounds&#8221; or &#8220;dresses&#8221; like  an illegal immigrant, a thinly veiled &#8220;race law&#8221; that directly effects  both our Indigenous sisters and brothers native to Occupied Mexico as  well as the Native American population of Arizona in the United States.  Given that most Indigenous peoples of the Americas share the same  general physiotype and more often than not, similar Spanish last names,  the passage of this guideline will without a doubt lead to widespread  abuses against that state&#8217;s brown-skinned population. The legal door now  opened, Texas and other states led by neo-confederate constituencies  are moving to pass their own anti-immigrant/anti-Indigenous directives  that will broadly effect anyone and everyone who could be perceived by  the colonial European majority as a &#8220;foreign invader&#8221;.</p>
<p>The Obama administration has shown America and the world that they  are no different than any other previous US government in their view  that the American Indian on both sides of the US border is nothing more  than a prop or a tool to be displayed only when it is useful to promote  the &#8220;contemporary&#8221; 21st century neo-colonialist capitalist agenda. The  Obama administration, an office headed by a man of African descent, has  shamed itself and all those who have supported his candidacy in  arrogantly dismissing the memory of our people interred at Wounded Knee  by rubbing the military might of the historically anti-Indigenous 7th  Cavalry in our faces by forcibly entering Indian Country in an attempt  to land their machines of war on top of the bodies of our ancestral  dead.</p>
<p>Clearly, the culture war against the American Indian is not over. Welcome to the new American century.</p>

<p>CANADIAN Paul Fromm, a former schoolteacher who is either 1) a brave advocate for self-determination and free speech or 2) an evil neo-nazi bigot, depending on whether you&#8217;re talking to the man on the street or a spokesman for the immigrant lobby &#8212; has begun a campaign for mayor of Mississauga, Ontario, a sizable city which has seen a huge demographic change in recent years. Fromm is the fourteenth announced  candidate in the race, which takes place next month. (ILLUSTRATION: Paul Fromm with Lady Michele Renouf on a recent speaking tour.)</p>
<p>Mr. Fromm is well known as a former Peel District School Board teacher who was  fired in the late 1990s for refusing to curtail his political speech outside the  classroom.</p>
<p>&#8220;Immigration  is the issue,&#8221; Fromm said in the announcement of his candidacy.  &#8220;It&#8217;s the two-ton elephant in the room that the municipal politicians  don&#8217;t want to discuss. They just want to babble about the supposed  benefits of â€˜diversity.'&#8221;</p>
<p>Fromm lost his position teaching  English at Applewood Heights Secondary School in 1997 after B&#8217;Nai Brith Canada and allied groups said that his opposition to enforced multiracialism and multiculturalism &#8212; which he expressed off of school grounds only &#8212; was &#8220;hate.&#8221;</p>
<p>The school board responded by removing Fromm from the classroom after 19 years on  the job. The alleged &#8220;final straw&#8221; was when Mr. Fromm attended a  memorial service for controversial writer and classics professor Revilo P. Oliver.</p>
<p>&#8220;He was terminated from his life&#8217;s work of teaching &#8212; just because he attended the funeral of a friend, who was someone the open-borders lobby didn&#8217;t like, and for peacefully opposing immigration,&#8221; according to Gideon Dene, editor of <a href="https://theamericanmercury.org/"><em>The American Mercury</em></a>. &#8220;He even lost his teaching license. That&#8217;s outrageous,&#8221; Dene added.</p>
<p>Paul Fromm could still be considered a teacher: He spends his time speaking at venues all over the U.S. and Canada, doing a weekly radio show, and serving as a director of the Council of Conservative Citizens.</p>
<p>Immigration is the central issue that motivates him. Fromm says &#8220;Immigration impacts  almost every major problem in Mississauga – overcrowded roads, dwindling  farm land, the environment, welfare costs. If I&#8217;m elected, I&#8217;ll camp  out on the Minister of Immigration&#8217;s front lawn and demand action,&#8221; he said. According to Fromm, immigration feeds overpopulation: &#8220;Will  the roads be any less congested? Will welfare costs be lower? Will the  environment be safer with nearly another 300,000 in Peel? Not likely. Mississauga is full. It&#8217;s more than  doubled in size since I moved here in 1980.&#8221;</p>
<p>Fromm also heads the Canadian Association for Free Expression, a group which fights censorship, both public and private.</p>

<p>&#8220;HEY MAN,&#8221; said Homeless Jack, &#8221; let me tell you a little more about Arman&#8217;s teachings.</p>
<p>&#8220;Arman says that we have to think in terms of &#8216;our people&#8217; and &#8216;not our people,&#8217; if we are to head off our extinction, expand our kind and prosper.</p>
<p>&#8220;But, you won&#8217;t understand what he really means so long as you have an incorrect mindset that holds that the person you see in the mirror is the whole of the essential you.<span id="more-836"></span></p>
<p>&#8220;See, Arman repeatedly says that if you start your thought process by thinking about yourself as the complete organism you are, this gets you off the correct path and then leads you to think about human races in an incorrect way and leaves you open to having false ideas planted in your subconscious by those who want us to blend back in with the rest of humanity. You have to start your thinking <em>way upstream</em> from this.</p>
<p>&#8220;A good place to start your upstream thinking is by realizing that &#8216;you&#8217; &#8212; the person in the mirror &#8212; are a manifestation of your DNA code. That DNA code is the core that has spun out that person you see in the mirror. But it&#8217;s not as though the unique DNA code you carry has an existence separate from you, because it doesn&#8217;t. <em>You and it are one</em>. It &#8216;projects&#8217; you from within every cell of your body. You need it to exist and it needs you to exist in the form it has within you, and as you.</p>
<p>&#8220;People in other religions talk about a raceless, usually non-physical or non-material soul or spirit that they believe is the real person, and they believe that it inhabits a body that is often considered evil and a burden on the soul or spirit.</p>
<p>&#8220;They&#8217;re wrong, man, and they&#8217;ve been wrong for centuries. You are the real you &#8212; <em>and the DNA code that has made you and which is inside you is the part of you that goes on after your death if you&#8217;ve had children in your image who survive you</em>. And, remember, the DNA code is physical and material and it&#8217;s not raceless.</p>
<p>&#8220;You also need to understand, man, that the DNA code inside all life that we are aware of, including us, is the offspring of that first DNA molecule that came into existence. The basic DNA code is about as close to something immortal as we&#8217;re going to find on Earth. It just keeps spinning out life in myriad forms.</p>
<p>&#8220;But once that life is spun out in whatever form it takes and however different or similar it is from other life forms, it is up to that life form to struggle to compete and try to dominate as much of existence as it can. This struggling is an automatic process and is seen in the organism as a will to comfort. With the differences, nature also gives all organisms means to defend themselves in the struggle &#8212; often, &#8216;tooth and claw.&#8217;</p>
<p>&#8220;However, one of the side-effects of our human version of &#8216;tooth and claw&#8217; &#8212; our brain &#8212; is that we can think about such things. This being the case, it appears that we have been given the keys to guide our own evolution, but they are keys that must be used or we will devolve. In a sense, nature has kicked us out of our mother&#8217;s basement and told us to make our own way in life as fully functioning adults.</p>
<p>&#8220;So, what are we to do? Well, we must understand the natural way of existence and we must realize that whether we live or die as individuals is <em>less</em> important in the larger scheme of things than whether or not we <em>expand ourselves</em> by having as many children in our image as possible. By having as many children in our image as possible, we expand the code that we carry. That is the goal of the DNA code that makes and sustains us, and that is the purpose of all life.</p>
<p>&#8220;What if you have children outside of our people or if you have no children? Your code does not go on, man. It&#8217;s like I told you before. A human male contributes 23 of his 46 chromosomes to a new child and a human female also contributes 23 of her chromosomes to that child so that a child is born with the 46 chromosomes that is normal for our species. Those chromosomes carry our DNA code. If you mate outside the people &#8212; outside your race (race is actually a sub-species) &#8212; the child who is born does not get the full complement of 46 chromosomes of our people. In other words, you do not survive if your DNA code does not survive.</p>
<p>&#8220;You don&#8217;t have to overthink this, man. Nature has made your eyes the king of your senses so you can usually tell who is like you and who isn&#8217;t. Your eyes are connected to your libido and to your survival instincts for a reason. If you&#8217;re a mentally healthy person who has been deprogrammed from the genocidal beliefs of society today, just trust your eyes and you&#8217;ll be okay under most circumstances.</p>
<p>&#8220;In fact, your brain is automatically programmed to tell <em>like</em> from <em>non-like</em>. It&#8217;s a survival mechanism. One glance at another and you can usually tell &#8212; at least subconsciously &#8212; if they are like you or not.</p>
<p>&#8220;But, here&#8217;s the rub, man. Society is trying to condition you away from this survival mechanism. Society is trying to convince you that such things as physical appearance are superficial. This is an error in thinking. Don&#8217;t buy it man. Trust your eyes and you&#8217;ll be safer. And, by trusting your eyes you may live longer to breed more and expand your individual version of the code.</p>
<p>&#8220;Okay, now I&#8217;m gettin&#8217; pissed off, because this makes me think about the numbnuts who try to minimize the importance of our white skin. You&#8217;ve heard these dimwits saying things like &#8216;Skin color doesn&#8217;t matter,&#8217; or &#8216;I just happened to have been born white,&#8217; or &#8216;We&#8217;re all the same under the skin.&#8217; Well, that&#8217;s all BS, man.</p>
<p>&#8220;You know where they&#8217;re going wrong? They&#8217;re equating skin color to paint. And, they&#8217;re dead wrong. Skin color isn&#8217;t sprayed on some samey-same universal human blank coming off an assembly line like it&#8217;s an automobile.</p>
<p>&#8220;Our skin color is an integral and essential part of who and what we are, and it comes from within. It is part of our unique code and is just one of many differences we have that are taking us on a <em>different evolutionary path</em> to a <em>different destiny</em> if we make the right choices in life.</p>
<p>&#8220;So, &#8216;looking like us&#8217; starts with white skin. Then it involves bone structure, eye color, hair color and type and on and on. We&#8217;re not clones of each other so there will still be plenty of differences, but the basic similarities are there so that anyone with any intelligence will usually recognize like from not like. Just look, man. <em>Just look</em>.</p>
<p>&#8220;You with me so far? The real <em>us</em> is the genetic code that we carry. It is the code that makes us who and what we are and it is that code that is passed on to our children if we have children with those like us. It is the code that gives us life beyond the death of our particular body.</p>
<p>&#8220;Nah, this ain&#8217;t some ego kind of thing. It&#8217;s nature and nature&#8217;s way for life. Nature&#8217;s prime command for life &#8212; all life &#8212; is to make more like itself.</p>
<p>&#8220;Nature constantly tinkers with the basic code that reads: &#8216;life,&#8217; so that the code will be able to expand in some form of life that is comfortable and able to prosper in every niche and every environment. But it isn&#8217;t the fact that we all started with that single molecule of DNA that is important to us on this level of existence, but the fact that we have evolved into different types. It is up to <em>us</em> to see that our type expands &#8212; no one or anything else will ensure that.</p>
<p>&#8220;Okay, man, let me back up a little and make a picture for you while leaving out all the minutiae. Millions of years ago, some so-called non-living chemicals somehow got mixed together and formed a DNA molecule. Now, this was and is a remarkable molecule because it endlessly &#8216;eats&#8217; other chemicals in order to expand itself so that it can fill all environments and niches with itself.</p>
<p>&#8220;But, how does it do this? This way: It has the remarkable ability to change parts of itself to adapt to different conditions. If there&#8217;s water, the DNA will adapt and bring forth organisms to carry it and to live and prosper there. If there&#8217;s land, it will adapt to bring forth organisms to carry it and to live and prosper there. If it&#8217;s hot, cold, rainy, dry, whatever, the code will change so it brings forth life that will carry it and will be comfortable and prosper. The DNA code is eating its way across the universe, man, and as it does so it is transforming so-called non-living chemicals into life forms that can carry it.</p>
<p>&#8220;Just how changeable the code is still isn&#8217;t known, but as far as the Earth goes, we find life of some type living and prospering in just about every niche possible. That means the basic DNA code is still here after all these millions of years.</p>
<p>&#8220;Humans are just one manifestation of that DNA code that started millions of years ago and as with all life, we continue to evolve.</p>
<p>&#8220;However, as I just told you, humans have reached a point where we can think about these things. Arman says that because we have reached this point, not only can we think about these things, but we must think about them and we must, in our own interest, start guiding our own evolution.</p>
<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ll tell you more next time, man. But for now, remember to breed to your fullest and start eating your way across the universe to expand your DNA code. It is nature&#8217;s way.&#8221;</p>

<p>INCREASINGLY, I have no fealty to the U.S. government.  This has nothing to do with George Bush, bogeyman of the Left, the war  in Iraq, or Halliburton, and everything to do with the reasonable  assessment that the United States is too big for its own good. Too big  in its 300 million people to be represented by 550 mostly millionaire  men (not women) in a far-off swamp called Washington, D.C. I therefore  have stopped calling myself a U.S. citizen.</p>
<p>I prefer to be called a Brooklynite or a Moabite, after the two places I  call home– Brooklyn, New York, and Moab, Utah–which to me are part of  the same nation only in name and only by the force of outmoded  institutions. In each there are unities of language and custom, sure,  but the fundamental interests of the citizens are not the same. My  loyalties to each place will last as long the place lasts, but the  fealty is local, my interest zoned within a hundred-mile radius and  certainly not tied to the abstraction known as the national interest.  &#8220;There is no national interest,&#8221; the historian Howard Zinn once said.  Which brings me to the question of secession–the breaking-off of smaller  countries from bigger countries. I am for it in the case of the United  States. I am for it because I think we need to rejigger our loyalties to  the needs of localities. And I am not alone in this thinking.</p>
<p>What happened in Chattanooga was an American moment, certainly, and not  the least of its charms was the irony of the old Left of the North and  the old Right of the South standing united in their opposition to the  Union. The Associated Press, <em>The New York Times</em>, <em>New York  Newsday</em>, <em>The Washington Post</em>, and <em>USA Today</em> carried the story, which traveled to newsrooms in Canada, England,  Ireland, New Zealand, Belgium, and India, and thence to the ubiquity of  eyes on YouTube, and across the airwaves of at least 50 radio stations  that ran interviews with the leaders of the convention. By the evening  of October 4, the convention had settled on a list of principles they  called the Chattanooga Declaration. &#8220;The deepest questions of human  liberty and government facing our time go beyond right and left, and in  fact have made the old left-right split meaningless and dead,&#8221; said the  declaration. &#8220;The privileges, monopolies, and powers that private  corporations have won from government threaten everyone&#8217;s health,  prosperity, and liberty, and have already killed American  self-government by the people.&#8221; The answer, it went on, was that the  American states ought to be &#8220;free and self-governing.&#8221; Two hundred and  fifty years earlier, the Declaration of Independence asked for a similar  dedication to self-governance: &#8220;Whenever any Form of Government becomes  destructive,&#8221; wrote Thomas Jefferson, &#8220;it is the Right of the People to  alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.&#8221;</p>
<p>Indeed, it could be argued that secession is the primal American act,  the founding event as old as the concept of the states themselves. What  else did our founders accomplish in 1776 but secession from the tyranny  of England?</p>
<p><strong>Here&#8217;s how it will be with Vermont:</strong> The leaders of its  secessionist movement, the Second Vermont Republic, want to feed,  shelter, clothe, and fuel a free republic broken from the empire. This  doesn&#8217;t mean the little country will sink into Albanian isolation, its  citizens ceasing to trade with China or refusing to watch the rot beamed  on DirecTV satellites. It will continue to be a tourist destination,  its slopes welcoming New Yorkers and Quebecois equally. But the state&#8217;s  secesh want to keep their tax dollars at home and put them toward  localized food economies (calling it &#8220;food sovereignty&#8221;), energy  supplies based on wind and water, and credit lines out of community  lenders freed from the distant tyrannical rate controls of central  banks.</p>
<p>One day two years ago, I heard Kirkpatrick Sale speak before 1,500 attendees at a  meeting of the SVR. Sale, who has the build and mien of a terrier on  methamphetamine, reasoned out the desire for separation from the  behemoth. &#8220;It is intolerable,&#8221; he said, &#8220;for a citizen to succumb to a  government that is in favor of unjust and unjustified warfare, brutal  torture in defiance of all conventions, illegal detentions, the  fostering of terrorism, war profiteering, sky-high trade deficits. … It  is intolerable, I say, for a citizen to live under such a government, in  such a country.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;But,&#8221; Sale went on, &#8220;I have no intention of going to Canada, or France.  I love my home, and I want to leave this country without leaving home.  And the only way to do that, ladies and gentlemen, is … secession.&#8221; The  crowd exploded, but gently. They were young and old, hippies and  farmers, old Right and new Progressive, college educated and tenth-grade  educated. The room where they gathered, the great hall of the Vermont  State Legislature, was hung with purple velvet, and built of fine wood  and marble, and smelled clean. The rebels were not of the type to shame  the solemnity of the place.</p>
<p>As Sale slapped out his peroration at the podium, nearby sat the  foremost organizer of the secessionist cause in Vermont, the  softer-spoken but no less radical Thomas Naylor, 72, a former Duke  University economist and social critic, co-author of the bitterly funny <em>Affluenza</em>,  a diagnosis of the American consumerist condition as political  pathology. Naylor, who knows his history, christened the movement under  the title &#8220;Second Vermont Republic&#8221; because there was once a first  Vermont republic–it was no mere colony or state–that ceded its  independence and voted on March 4, 1791, to join the nascent American  union. Each year, Naylor and his Second Vermonters like to memorialize  the event by walking in a mock funeral procession through Montpelier  playing a dirge and carrying a casket marked &#8220;Vermont.&#8221;</p>
<p>Now he took to the podium, looking tall, if a little aged, with white  hair, and answered questions from skeptics who wondered if Vermont could  indeed go it alone as a political and economic unit, or, more  important, if perhaps the secession urge was just a hotheaded reaction  to the injuries of the Bush administration. What Thomas Naylor will tell  you in answer when you sit him down at his little house in the Vermont  village of Charlotte–what he tells every crowd he addresses–is that the  problem of the United States as it stands has no solution in the current  framework&#8230;.</p>
<p>&#8220;The nation is not sustainable,&#8221; Naylor tells me. He thinks the United  States is a political and economic monster, stumbling and out of  control, a land where bigness in all things has led to military  overstretch, runaway debt, mass inequalities, and a government by and  for the few. He draws a causal connection with the dire social effects  on the ground: Of all the western democracies, the United States stands  near dead last in voter turnout, last in health care, last in education,  highest in homicide rates, mortality, STDs among juveniles, youth  pregnancy, abortion, and divorce–a society which, in keeping with its  degenerate morals, wreaks one-quarter of the environmental damage on the  planet every day.</p>
<p>&#8220;It comes down to the problems of the human condition: separation,  meaninglessness, powerlessness, fear of death,&#8221; he says. &#8220;The human  condition is not being dealt with in the United States. It is our  inability to deal with this human condition that leads to a sickness  that I call <em>affluenza</em>.&#8221; Affluenza, he says, can be recognized  by key symptoms: technomania and e-mania–obsession with technology and  the Internet–rampant consumerism, megalomania, narcissism, &#8220;robotism,&#8221;  and &#8220;affluenza&#8217;s concomitant: imperialism and national aggression.&#8221;   Consumerism and megalomania and narcissism I get–I grew up in New York  City.  But &#8220;robotism&#8221;? As Naylor puts it, all Americans &#8220;watch the same  TV programs, listen to the same radio programs, subscribe to the same  political viewpoints&#8221;–the limited amplitude of opinion afforded in the  two-party system–&#8221;claiming to be a country of individualists while in  truth we are the nation of conformists.&#8221;</p>
<p>So what to do? &#8220;You can commit suicide,&#8221; offers Naylor. &#8220;You can deny  the human condition through megalomania and the pathology of having,  owning, possessing, which requires an empire that stomps around the  planet stealing resources. Or you can say &#8216;hell no&#8217; and rebel and  confront the human condition and, as Camus says, die happy. Secession is  fundamentally an act of rebellion driven by a combination of fear and  anger and hope. It&#8217;s the ultimate destructive rejection of the system,  the strongest possible way you can say to someone like George Bush, &#8216;Go  fuck yourself.&#8217; The creative element is Vermont. A state of small towns,  small farms, small churches, small businesses–this is the alternative  we&#8217;re offering to America.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Here&#8217;s the way it is with Vermont:</strong> At the border with  New York State, the billboards disappear. They just go, as if aliens had  hoovered them away. Vermont, you see, is already a separate country. It  is the most radical state in the Union in terms of the number and kind  of town meetings–direct democracy in action. Its constitution of 1777  made it the first state to outlaw slavery, it was the first to mandate  universal suffrage for all men, and is currently one of only two states  that allow incarcerated felons to vote. It has no death penalty and  virtually no gun-control laws, yet remains one of the least violent  jurisdictions in America. It has no big cities, no big businesses, no  military bases, no strategic resources, few military contractors. All  three members of its Congressional delegation voted against the Iraq War  resolution. It is rural and wild, with the highest percentage of  unpaved roads in the nation. And those billboards? It was the first  state to ban them along its roads. With its strict environmental-impact  laws, Vermont fended off the predations of Wal-Mart superstores longer  than any other state, and Montpelier today remains the only state  capital in America without a McDonald&#8217;s restaurant. Economically,  though, Vermont has the smallest gross state product. And the SVR  concedes it is still unclear how secession would play out–legally,  economically, and logistically.</p>
<p>The idea of it coming to pass in Vermont today is not entirely quixotic:  Following mock secession debates during the 1990s in seven Vermont  towns, all seven voted in favor of the idea. Statewide, this peculiar  contrarianism would need to be harnessed in a legislative vote (the  method employed by Confederate states in the 1861 secession), a popular  referendum, or a constitutional convention. In each of these cases, a  supermajority would be required. Vermont&#8217;s governor would then be  empowered to present the state&#8217;s exit declaration to the U.S. secretary  of state. As it stands, a 2007 poll found that just 13 percent of  Vermonters say they would opt for it.</p>
<p>The movement&#8217;s detractors, of course, have a valid set of concerns, too.  Some have expressed discomfort with conferences like the one in  Chattanooga, seeing a dire development in the far Left working in tandem  with the far Right&#8230;.</p>
<p>Another concern is that the  understanding of the U.S. Constitution today allows no other recourse  but armed revolt for a state wishing to go its own way. &#8220;Secession is  not possible today without violence,&#8221; Pauline Maier, a professor of  American history at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology&#8230;. &#8220;It&#8217;s to  follow the example of the Southern secessionists who thought that they  could just leave the Union peacefully, and, nuttier still, get a part of  the unsettled territory as a parting gift.  … Isn&#8217;t it time that  Americans began learning something from history? Or must we again bleed  ourselves into wisdom?&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>In her 1936 book,</strong> <em>Give Me Liberty</em>, Rose Wilder  Lane, [once] an avowed Leninist, described her travels to the Soviet Union,  where she found that the workers &#8220;liberated&#8221; into the &#8220;communal&#8221; life of  the state were pretty unhappy.  One peasant she spoke to said of the  new country: &#8220;It&#8217;s too big.… At the top, it is too small. It will not  work.&#8221; History bore out the lowly peasant&#8217;s judgment, not Lenin&#8217;s.</p>
<p>George Kennan, the architect of Cold War containment and the  national-security state that arose in answer to the Soviet Union, came  to the same conclusion about the United States. &#8220;There is a real  question,&#8221; Kennan warned, &#8220;as to whether bigness in a body politic is  not an evil in itself.&#8221; Years later, when Thomas Naylor wrote to the old  Cold Warrior outlining a New England secession uniting Maine, New  Hampshire, and Vermont, Kennan personally responded with a letter  dictated from his sickbed: &#8220;I write to say that in the idea of the three  American states&#8217; ultimate independence, whether separately or in union,  I see nothing fanciful. [Such] are at present the dominating trends in  the U.S. that I see no other means of ultimate preservation of cultural  and societal values that will not only be endangered but eventually  destroyed by an endlessly prolonged association … with the remainder of  what is now the U.S.A.&#8221;</p>
<p>It was the stratagems of George Kennan, who died in 2005, that  ultimately defeated the Soviet Union. Naylor sees this as historical  irony, and he takes pleasure in drawing a dark comparison between the  Soviet Union and the United States: There is the same far-flung  geography. The same corporate socialism that defies free  markets. The  same spread of influence worldwide through violence, murder, and  pillage. The same stunted public discourse. The same electoral sclerosis  in the legislature (Congress is almost as stable in membership as the  Politburo). &#8220;No one in the Soviet Union in 1960 or 1970 or even 1980  found it imaginable that someday it would collapse,&#8221; says Naylor. So,  too, he says, is our certainty today in the stability of the United  States of America.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>ON THIS Earth Day, the <em>Mercury</em> believes it is appropriate to consider the words of the World Council of Indigenous Peoples &#8212; a group which supports Amerindian and aboriginal rights around the world.</p>
<p>And we should look at their wise words in a new light &#8212; perhaps a light that the World Council itself has not considered: <em>all peoples &#8212; including Palestinians, Europeans, Africans, Indians, and all others &#8212; are indigenous peoples</em>, and preserving each unique genetic and cultural heritage must be a sacred duty to all who care about the Earth.</p>
<p>We should consider adding to the Declaration the goal that <em>nation-states must exist only to serve the self-determination of each people</em> &#8212; with the goal of abolishing multinational empires. Globalization must not be allowed to reduce us all to the &#8220;equal&#8221; status of homogenized &#8220;workers,&#8221; slaves and peons on a global plantation. We are more than that, and our children deserve better.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>World Council of Indigenous Peoples<br />
Declaration of Principles</strong></p>
<p>1. All human rights of indigenous people must be respected. No form of discrimination against indigenous people shall be allowed.</p>
<p>2. All indigenous peoples have the right to self-determination. By virtue of this right they can freely determine their political, economic, social, religious and cultural development, in agreement with the principles stated in this declaration.</p>
<p>3. Every nation-state within which indigenous peoples live shall recognize the population, territory and institutions belonging to said peoples.</p>
<p>4. The culture of indigenous peoples are part of mankind&#8217;s cultural patrimony.</p>
<p>5. The customs and usages of the indigenous peoples must be respected by the nation-states and recognized as a legitimate source of rights.</p>
<p>6. Indigenous peoples have the right to determine which person(s) or group(s) is (are) included in its population.</p>
<p>7. All indigenous peoples have the right to determine the form, structure and jurisdiction of their own institutions.</p>
<p>8. The institutions of indigenous peoples, like those of a nation-state, must conform to internationally recognized human rights, both individual and collective.</p>
<p>9. Indigenous peoples, and their individual members, have the right to participate in the political life of the nation-state in which they are located.</p>
<p>10. Indigenous peoples have inalienable rights over their traditional lands and resources. All lands and resources which have been usurped, or taken away without the free and knowledgeable consent of Indian peoples, shall be restored to them.</p>
<p>11. The rights of the indigenous peoples to their lands includes the soil, the subsoil, coastal economic zones all within the limits specified by international legislation.</p>
<p>12. All indigenous peoples have the right to freely use their natural wealth and resources in order to satisfy their needs, and, in agreement with principles 10 and 11 above.</p>
<p>13. No action or process shall be implemented which directly and/or indirectly would result in the destruction of land, air, water, glaciers, animal life, environment or natural resources, without the free and well informed consent of the affected indigenous peoples.</p>
<p>14. indigenous peoples will re-assume original rights over their material culture, including archeological zones, artifacts, designs and other artistic expressions.</p>
<p>15. All indigenous peoples have the right to be educated in their own language and to establish their own education institutions. Indian people&#8217;s languages shall be respected by nation-states in all dealings between them on the basis of equality and non-discrimination.</p>
<p>16. All treaties reached through agreement between indigenous peoples and representatives of the nation-states will have total validity before national and international law.</p>
<p>17. Indigenous peoples have the right, by virtue of their traditions, to freely travel across international boundaries, to conduct traditional activities and maintain family links.</p>
<p>18. Indigenous peoples and their designated authorities have the right to be consulted and to authorize the implementation of technological and scientific research conducted within their territories and the right to be informed about the results of such activities.</p>
<p>19. The aforementioned principles constitute the minimal rights to which indigenous peoples are entitled and must be complemented by all nation-states.</p>
