I remember reading we actually evolved over circa 100,000 to 250,000 (or more) in tribes or groups of about 40 to 100 people. I think it was Desmond Morris. He sold me on it as it makes sense. He correlated the fact that we 'know' about that many people.

The answer is twofold.

Return to a more natural life, physically and spiritually.

This means moving to a small village or the country. It also means pulling the television plug.

This also means basing new, smaller communities on people of the same ethnicity. This doesn't mean hate, it just means that people on the same instinctual wavelength get along better. And they cooperate better.

And we tend to love and care more about those who share our genes, so going back to kinship-based community is natural and good and will bring more peace and love to people of all races. Mass societies without borders are not good for children and other living things.
