Germany did a professional and thorough investigation, inviting representatives from various countries and the international red cross to participate in the investigation. For this, the corrupt murderers at the Nuremberg Trials blamed the Germans for what the Soviets did. Here is part of the film the Germans released of their investigation of Katyn.
